#JESUSAND Episode 3: Jesus and Self Care

#JESUSAND Self Care is an honest discussion why self care is so important for us especially as Christians and how we can go about being faithful stewards of our bodies which is the temple of the Holy Spirit. 

We are joined by the wonderful Shekinah El who produces content on faith, lifestyle and fitness. She will be taking us through her journey of self care before she came to know the Lord and now that she is faithful follower of Jesus. She will also be sharing with us some tips and advice on how we too can also live out #JESUSAND Self Care.
